About the role

You'll split your shifts between the floor and the bar: taking orders and serving tables, then mixing cocktails, pouring drafts, and keeping the bar top humming. You'll build drinks to spec, manage tabs, check identification, and cut off service when the law and good judgment require it. You'll also prep garnishes, track bar inventory, and keep glassware stocked so neither the bar nor your section ever stalls during a rush.

What you will bring

You bring solid drink knowledge, quick hands, and a host's instinct for reading a room. You stay organized when tickets stack up, handle cash and POS systems accurately, and keep your composure with difficult guests. Flexibility matters: some nights you serve, some you tend bar, and you're happy either way.
