About the role

You'll run the whole business unit: revenue, costs, staffing, and customer experience all land on your desk. You'll set weekly priorities with department leads, review financial results against budget, resolve the escalations no one else can, and make the hiring and firing calls that shape the team. You'll balance day-to-day firefighting against the longer-term work of growing the business and improving how it operates.

What you will bring

You've led an operation with full accountability for its results, or you're a strong department head ready for the top job. You read a P&L fluently, hold people to standards without micromanaging, and stay visible on the floor rather than governing from the office.
