About the role

You'll be the first face guests and residents see, and the person they trust to make things happen. Day to day you'll greet arrivals, manage packages and deliveries, book reservations and transportation, answer questions about the building and the neighbourhood, and coordinate with housekeeping, security, and maintenance to resolve requests quickly. You'll keep the front desk organized and the lobby welcoming through busy check-in periods and quiet evenings alike.

What you will bring

You bring genuine warmth, discretion, and the judgment to handle unusual requests gracefully. You stay composed when three people need you at once, remember names and preferences, and treat every interaction as the reason someone chooses to come back. Hospitality or front-desk experience helps.
