Coastline Restaurants is growing and adding a Hotel Front Desk Agent to our Key West operation.

About the role

You'll be the first person guests meet: checking them in and out, processing payments, assigning rooms, and answering questions about the property and the area. You'll handle reservations by phone and email, coordinate with housekeeping on room status, resolve billing questions, and log guest requests so the right department follows up. Night and weekend shifts rotate through the team, and you'll keep the lobby welcoming through all of them.

What you will bring

You bring a friendly, unflappable manner, accuracy with payments and reservations, and the judgment to calm an unhappy guest without a manager. Hotel or customer service experience helps; comfort with property management software is a plus we can also train.
